"Praise the Lord! For it is good to sing praises to our God; For it is pleasant, and praise is beautiful." The Worship Choir at West Jackson Street Baptist Church vocally leads our congregation in Sunday worship at the 10:30 a.m. worship service and occasionally at the 8:30 a.m. worship service. The Worship Choir also participates in seasonal events and other special programs, such as our yearly Christmas Program and our Easter Night of Praise. This body of volunteers is a non-auditioned group and is open to those who passionately desire not only to praise the Lord with their gifts and abilities but also to lead others to worship the Lord in spirit and in truth.
